Jasmine Strychalski

She showed an incredible initiative to learn as much as possible and was always self-motivated. Within an incredibly short time she mastered all these machines exceptionally well. I have found these are characteristics in someone who is an effective team-builder and potentially having great leadership traits.

As an apprentice, Jasmine was always engaged, willing to learn, and has great work ethic. Always inquisitive to learn new tasks — which built trust and respect. I've always put a premium on quality and quality never failed to deliver. Jasmine is a delight to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

Jasmine demonstrated a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn. She was reliable, punctual, and worked well with others on a variety of service and repair tasks. I believe Jasmine has excellent potential to grow in her trade and would be an asset to any employer.
