As CEO of Sit Happens Pet Care Services and Co-Founder of Nexus Technologies, I lead with vision and execute with purpose. My background spans childhood education, heavy trades, logistics, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Currently completing my Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeship (2023–2026) while growing two ventures and continuing to develop as a leader in every space I occupy.
Diagnostics, mechanical repair, and maintenance of heavy equipment including CAT 797B/F, D11, 994K, and 24M Grader. Certified in ET Tool, SIS 2.0, LOTO, and hazard assessment.
Deep expertise in WHMIS, hazard identification, OHS committee representation, and safety-first frameworks. Certified operator of Sellick 100/80, Hyster & Hyundai forklifts, telehandlers, and front-end loaders.
Proven leader across industries — hiring, training, conflict resolution, financial reporting, and team development. Built and managed teams in childcare, logistics, retail, and tech.
CEO and Co-Founder of two active businesses. Experience in business development, service design, brand positioning, and bringing ventures from concept to full operation.
Formally trained in IT Systems. Proficient in web development, coding, database management, advanced Excel, and enterprise diagnostic platforms. Co-founded a technology company.
ECL Level 2 certified. Extensive experience in child development, curriculum planning, family engagement, and staff mentorship. Committed to continuous growth.
She showed an incredible initiative to learn as much as possible and was always self-motivated. Within an incredibly short time she mastered all these machines exceptionally well. I have found these are characteristics in someone who is an effective team-builder and potentially having great leadership traits.
